About Skogvann Waterfall
The Skogvann Waterfall was another one of those waterfalls that I hadn’t planned on noticing nor stopping for.
But it had enough of an impressive flow that I made it a point to pause for it.

Such was the effect of driving into Swedish Lapland between Narvik, Norway and Björkliden.
While there was infrastructure fronting this waterfall, it appeared that whatever it was that was here (a farm? a cafe or lodging?), it wasn’t operational though I did show up on a Sunday.
So I used the large clearing or car park there to stop the car (see directions below), then stretch out my legs while checking out this imposing waterfall.
Nearby this facility and the waterfall was the Skogvatnet, where the unnamed stream drained the Lomtjønna over the waterfall and drained into it along with the main river (which I think is called Urdalselva).
In any case, this waterfall didn’t seem to have a formal name even though I felt it might have better flow than some of the named ones.
